Kishore Nayak alias Dhechua, a member of the squad of Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) ‘commander’ Ravindra Ganjhu, has been arrested by the Police from the Ranchi-Latehar border in Jharkhand on February 27, reports newsaroma.com. The Police recovered many weapons, including a pistol, from his possession. For the last few months, Kishore has been busy collecting ‘levy’ (extortion money) by threatening businessmen. Kishore was involved in a firing incident in the Chandwa area of Latehar (date unspecified). Many vehicles were also vandalized. Kishore used to demand ‘levy’ in the area in the name of Abhay.
