On 9 March 2024, in Budalin town (Budalin township, Monywa district, Sagaing region), a combined force of the Chindwin Brothers, the B.21 KANI- PDF, the Oak Gyi and Associates, the People's Defense Force - Monywa District (battalion 27), the Budalin Ninja, and the Lion Local People's Defense Force attacked Myanmar military troops and police stationed a police station, the General Administration Department, and a bank with a bomb attached to a drone. Four military troops were killed in three days. 4 fatalities split across three days (9 March, 13 March and 14 March), coded as 2 for this event.
