On 15 March 2024, Russian air forces struck near Konotop, Sumy. According to Russian sources, the strike hit a Ukrainian drone assembly workshop. According to Ukrainian sources, the strike hit civilian infrastructure and residential buildings (Actor 2 is not coded since neither version can be verified). Casualties unknown.
