On the evening of March 19, Russian troops shelled Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, with Uragan anti-aircraft missiles, a policeman was injured.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this in Telegram .
Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv and Kupyan district prosecutor's offices of the Kharkiv region , pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been launched.
According to the investigation, on March 19, around 5:30 p.m., the Russian invaders fired at Kupyansk again. Damaged residential buildings. Injured policeman. Previously, the enemy hit the city with the "Uragan" anti-aircraft missile system.
Also today at around 4:30 p.m., the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a rocket attack on the village of Mokra Rokytna, Kharkiv District. The property of the agricultural enterprise was damaged, in particular the solar panels. According to preliminary data, the enemy struck with a high-precision Kh-59 air missile.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian army hit the village of Malynivka in the Kharkiv region with S-300 missiles at night , the hit took place on the territory of the enterprise, there is damage.
