On 3 March 2024, an IED planted by unidentified armed group detonated near Al Saraya checkpoint between the village of Faqie and Jasim in the countryside of Dara, targeting a vehicle belonging to the Syrian 15th Brigade and killing two officers as well as wounding one another. 2 fatalities.
