On 4 March 2024, members of the 8th Brigade conducted a raid on a house in the village of Busra Esh-Sham in the countryside of Dara with the intention of detaining a disabled civilian who had been critical of the group. During the operation, a grenade detonated, resulting in the death of the civilian. Subsequently, the group detained some of his relatives to exert pressure on them to deny the group's responsibility for his death. 1 fatality.
