Russia's drone attack on Ukraine: air defense downs 35 targets On the night of March 10, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with anti-aircraft guided missiles and Iranian drones. Air defense forces destroyed almost all air targets, the report says. Ukraine reported the threat of attack drones, first in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions. Air defense was deployed in 10 regions. Russian troops launched 39 Shahed drones from Cape Chauda in the occupied Crimea and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia. Most of the targets were destroyed by the forces and means of mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian troops. Governor Andrii Raykovych said there were drone strikes over Kirovohrad region, but without casualties. Late in the evening, Ukrainian forces destroyed two enemy drones over Dnipropetrovs'k region. Air defense units had been intensively repelling a massive drone attack for more than 4.5 hours, which came from both the sea and the occupied part of Kherson region. One of the drones hit a building at an industrial facility in Odesa district. No one was injured.
