On 17 February 2024, in Nam Han village (Mansi township, Bhamo district, Kachin state), the Myanmar military conducted an airstrike and dropped bombs without an armed clash occurring at night and killed a whole family who were keeping themselves warm by a bonfire. Some houses in the village were also destroyed. There were an unspecified number of fatalities. Unknown fatalities coded as 3.
