On 17 February 2024, in Kyauk Gyi Pauk (Toungup township, Thandwe district, Rakhine state), the Myanmar military blew up the Kyauk Gyi Pauk bridge located on the Toungup-Ann-Sittwe road using mines at around 2:53 am. The measure was taken with the aim of preventing the ULA/AA from following them as they withdrew from their bases in Ma-Ei town to relocate to Ann town (coded separately). Casualties unknown.
