On 21 February 2024, military forces began a large-scale military operation in various districts across Balochistan (coded as Quetta, Balochistan). Sources reported sighting operations in Harnai, Kohlu, Jhal Magsi, Mian Kaur, Jambaru, and Garnawah areas. Military forces suspectedly engaged in shelling, mortar, and missile fire from helicopters in several imprecise populated locations. Multiple helicopter locations were observed in Bolan and Sibi areas, with sounds of explosions also heard. Casualties unknown.
