The cadres of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) killed a ‘quack doctor’, identified as Jiten Laguri, on charges of being a ‘police informer’ in the Kolhan Forest area in Bandabeda village under Tonto block in West Singhbhum District of Jharkhand on February 23, reports prabhatkhabar.com. According to the information, Laguri had gone to Chaibasa to buy goods, and after purchasing the goods, he returned to the village by bike in the evening. After reaching the village, he parked the bike and had just entered the house when the Maoists asked him to come out. As soon as he came out of the house, Maoists fired two bullets at him, due to which he died on the spot.
