On February 23, one civilian identified as Oinam Kenegy (24) was killed and two others sustained injuries in a bomb blast, suspected to be Impoverished Explosive Device (IED) that took place outside the DM College, at Thangmeiband in Imphal West District of Manipur, reports India TodayNE and The Sangai Express. No militant group has claimed responsibility regarding the blast as of yet.
