At least two Special Operation Group (SOG) jawans were injured when a landmine planted by Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) cadres exploded during a combing operation inside Nalikumpha Forest in Boudh District of Odisha on February 15, reports ommcomnews.com. Around 30 jawans were combing the area on a tip-off that movements of Maoist cadres were noticed in the area. The two seriously injured jawans have been airlifted to Bhubaneswar for better medical facilities.
