Former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Chaudhry Adnan, who contested the election 2024, was shot dead by unidentified assailants on motorcycle near Police Lines of Rawalpindi city (Rawalpindi District) in Punjab on February 12, reports ARY News. The incident occurred around noon near Police Lines and his driver was critically injured, the Police said in a statement. Chaudhry Adnan had contested the February 8 general elections from NA-57 and PP-19.
