Security Forces (SFs) had averted a major tragedy by recovering two Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) planted by the cadres of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) while acting on a tip-off in Dantewada District of Chhattisgarh on January 30, reports The Telegraph. The Police said the bombs — one weighing 5 kilograms and another 3 kilograms — had been planted on dirt tracks in Dantewada District.
