A vacant lot was determined to be emitting high levels of radiation of an source. Upon investigation fragments of CS137 were discovered. The radiation was then traced to the homes of two indidivuals, one of which was a former employee of Indonesia's National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN) who was seeking to offer "decontamination services" for financial gain. Several hundred drums of readioactive soil, trees, and vegitation were also discivered and removed.
