On 30 January 2024, in Hsihseng town of Hsihseng township (Pa-O Self-Administered Zone, Shan-South state), the Myanmar military forces conducted multiple airstrikes on multiple wards in the town. The first airstrikes came at around 1 pm on Mya Kan Thar ward and damaged a local tea shop building. Another airstrike also hit buildings in Aung Chan Thar ward at around 5 pm. A gas station and a monastery were destroyed. There were no casualties.
