The Military Council is reported to have launched four chemical attacks at the Namsalat hill-based military camp, which was occupied by the Kokang ethnic armed organization, the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) on November 23rd . As a result, some MNDAA troops experienced dizziness and vomiting.
