Russian troops attacked Kherson from the air, as a result of which an elderly woman and a 17-year-old boy were wounded, and houses in the city center were damaged.
Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson MBA, announced this on Facebook , Ukrinform reports.
"Russian occupation forces attacked Kherson from the air. So far, we know of one wounded person," Mrochko informed.
According to him, a 73-year-old woman was in the yard during the shelling. She was hospitalized with a contusion and a shrapnel wound.
Later, it became known about one more victim as a result of the airstrike of the Russian army on Kherson. As Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson OVA, reported on Facebook , another victim is a 17-year-old boy. He was also hospitalized.
High-rise buildings and private houses were damaged in the city center as a result of the storm. According to Prokudin, a partially destroyed three-story building, as well as damaged houses located nearby.
As reported by Ukrinform, as a result of shelling by the Russians in Kherson, the building of the judicial institution was damaged.
