On 22 January 2024, at around 11:59 pm Sanaa time, UK forces conducted airstrikes with Royal Air Force Typhoon FGR4s on two Houthi sites in the vicinity of Sanaa - Sanaa International Airport (Bani Al Harith, Amanat al Asimah) while Houthi forces reported 4 strikes on Ad Daylami Air Base located beside the airport and 3 other strikes in Bani Al Harith district. Casualties unknown. This was part of a joint US-UK operation that day that struck 8 targets that included missile systems and launchers, air defense systems, radars, and weapons storage facilities (CENTCOM) through 18 separate strikes (Houthi).
