On 13 November 2020, Russian warplanes carried out 4 airstrikes targeting an HTS training camp west of Idleb city, just after Russian forces targeted the camp with surface-to-surface missiles either from Hmeimem airbase or from a Russian battleship in the Mediterranean. Neither fatalities nor injuries were reported.
