On 13 January 2024, near Pyin Htaung village of Khin-U township (Shwebo district, Sagaing region), joint forces of Khin U Special Force Organization (KSO), the PDF - Khin-U (PaKaPha), Wolf Guerrilla Force Local PDF, KURDAF: Khin-U Region Defense Alliance Force, Armed Revolutionary Force - Khin U, Khin-U Local Guerrilla Force, and Fire Dragon PDF - Khin-U carried out multiple drone strikes against about 20 members of Pyu Saw Htee who were harvesting rice on farms belong to local civilians at around 1 pm. A Pyu Saw Htee was killed and other 4 Pyu Saw Htee were severely injured. One member of Pyu Saw Htee died and five others were injured.
