On 6 January 2024, in Ho Kyant village (Kutkai township, Muse district, Shan-North state), the military conducted airstrikes on the village. Two monasteries and two residential houses were destroyed in five villages, including Ho Kyant village during the two-day (6 - 7 January) airstrikes. Casualties unknown.
