As reported on August 1, two persons were killed and three others were injured when they attempted to open explosive material brought from a hydropower project at a grocery shop in Garhi Dupatta town (Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir). It is unclear how the explosive materials were found in the grocery store.
