On 27 October 2023, near Myit Thar village (Myaung township, Sagaing district, Sagaing region), a combined force of local defense forces attacked a Myanmar military column with bombs attached to fixed wing drones. The combined force includes the CDSOM Drone Team, Sin Yaing Column - Myaung, the People's Security Force (Myaung), the Wild Bird Kawlin Group, the Taloke PDF, the Myingyan Ranger, the MGN 35 Guerrilla Force, the Myaung Villages Coalition, the Naung Yoe Army, the Liberation Army of Central Region, the Burmese Guerrilla Force, the Dragon King Air Operations Group, the Value of Young Men, the 8 Stars Myingyan Guerrilla Force, the MS 9 Brothers, the Justice Revolution Force - Myaung, and unidentified local defense forces. Three military troops were killed.
