On 27 October 2023, in Sagaing town of Sagaing township (Sagaing district, Sagaing region), the Royal Falcon Guerrilla Force, Unicorn Guerrilla Force, FFF: Fight For Federal, Taung Dwin Tutpi, Federal Wings, GTR-MMU: Ghost Team Ranger Myinmu, Ghost Team Ranger Myinmu, Federal Wings and People's Defense Force - Sagaing District Battalion-7 (PaKaPha) carried out drone strikes on Kan Ta Lu military's Toll gate at around 11 am. Four drone strikes were carried out. Two military soldiers died and five others were injured. DVB reported two police forces were seriously injured and one of them died later at the hospital. Fatalities coded as 2 using the lowest estimate.
