On 13 October 2023, near Tha Nat Kone village of Myaung township (Sagaing district, Sagaing region), joint forces of the Myaung Special People's Defense Force (MSPDF), People's Defense Force - Myingyan District Battalion-3, Myay Latt Area Guerrilla Force Unit-1, RSRF: Royal Seven Revolution Force, Myaung Villages Coalition, 27 Revolution Forces - Myingyan, NRDF: Natogyi Regional Defense Force, People's Defense Force - Myingyan (PaKaPha), Ah Nyar Myay Local Defense Force, MGN 35 Guerrilla Force, MBT: Myingyan Black Tiger, MBTT: Myaung Bo Tauk Tun, MDDS: Myingyan District Drone Strike, and CDSOM: Civilians Defense Security Organization Myaung carried out two drone strikes against the Myanmar military troops. A total of 9 military soldiers died and 9 others were injured in drone strikes in two locations (Na Nwin Kaing village and Tha Nat Kone village). 9 fatalities were split into (5, 4) across two locations and coded 4 for this event.
