On 15 October 2023, near Let Pan Kone village (Thabeikkyin township, Pyinoolwin district, Mandalay region), the combined force of the People's Defense Force - Thabeikkyin (PaKaPha) and Wild Elephant Guerrilla Forces (Thabeikkyin) attacked the Myanmar military column of around 150 soldiers from the No-13 Advanced Military Training School near the village entrance road with two bombs attached to a drone around 3:40 pm. Seven military soldiers were injured. 16 military soldiers were killed and more than 30 were injured in 9-days-clash between the military and the combined force near Let Pan Kone and Se Zin Kone villages. 16 fatalities split across 9 days (from 13 to 21 October), coded as 0 for this event.
