On 13 October 2023, in Kyee Pin Et village (Kanbalu township, Kanbalu district, Sagaing region), a combined force of the Kanbalu Underground Warriors and their allied forces attacked two military columns of about 170 soldiers with a drone bomb. The bomb went off but casualities unknonw. The group also used drones to spy the military column and to save the villagers trapped in the village before their arrival. The combined force also lost a drone as it encountered the military drone jammer.
