On 8 September 2023, in Budalin town (Budalin township, Monywa district, Sagaing region),the combined troops of the Chindwin Brothers, B.21 KANI- PDF, People's Defense Force - Monywa District battalion-16, Budalin Ninja, Bo Pwa Gyi, the Kyay Hmone Tatphwe, the Bo Nar Htaing, and the Oak Gyi and Associates attacked Myanmar military troops stationed at the General Administration Department office with bombs attached to drones at around 4:20 pm. On the same day, the combined force attacked military troops stationed at the fire station with bombs attached to drones at around 4:42 pm. Casualties unknown.
