Two Security Force (SF) personnel were injured when an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted by Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) cadres exploded where a joint team of security personnel was patrolling to provide security to road construction work in Saltong village under Kistaram Police Station area in Sukma District of Chhattisgarh on December 11, reports Business Standard. When the team was cordoning off the area near Saltong, two personnel came into contact with the pressure IED connection, triggering the blast, the official said.
