One Policeman was killed and a passer-by sustained injury in a blast near the Sultan Ibrahim Road in Khuzdar town (Khuzdar District) of Balochistan on December 10, reports Dawn. Khuzdar Station House Officer (SHO) Abdullah Pindrani said that the deceased officer was identified as Murad Jamot. He was posted as the SHO of the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Khuzdar town. “As per initial reports, a magnetic bomb was planted in Jamot’s vehicle,” SHO Pindrani said. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
