On December 9, security forces (SFs) seized a huge cache of arms and ammunition, including hand grenades, and sophisticated weapons in General Area Village Salam Patong in Thoubal District of Manipur, reports India TodayNE. The recovered items included one Colt Machine Gun (CMG), four hand grenades, four Chinese grenades, one stun & tear grenade each, one 09 mm pistol, one locally made pistol, six shotgun shells, one unexploded heavy calibre ammunition and one launching tube of Self-Loading Rifle (SLR) operation.
