At least two persons were killed and four passengers received injuries after a Parachinar-bound bus came under firing by unidentified persons in a suspected sectarian attack near Saddar Police Station in Hangu District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) in the evening of December 26, reports ARY News. Kohat Division Deputy Inspector General (DIG) confirmed the development, said that the bus was on its way from Peshawar to Parachinar, when the incident occurred. A subsequent search operation was began while elders of both Sunni and Shia tribes were asked to show restraint, said Police, adds The Khorasan Diary.
