In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, a russian projectile hit a substation. Six villages were left without electricity and water.

This was reported by the Investigative Journalist Center (CJR) with reference to its own sources.

According to the TSR, residents of Pervomaisk believe that the russian occupiers deliberately destroyed the transformer substation in order to force people to leave the coastal village.
