On 2 January 2024, in Salingyi town of Salingyi township (Yinmarbin district, Sagaing region), joint forces of Chindwin Dynamite and Yinmarbin-Salingyi Heavy Weapon Allied Forces fired about 20 rounds of heavy weapons against the Myanmar military troops stationed at the general hospital and the Myoma police station at around 30:40 pm. The joint forces also fired a sniper and killed a military soldier at the hospital.
