On 25 December 2023, near Tha Yet Kan village (Natogyi township, Myingyan district, Mandalay region), a combined force of the Natogyi Regional Defense Force (PDF - Myingyan District Battalion-8), Natogyi People's Defense Force (PaKaPha), 27 Revolution Forces - Myingyan and Mahlaing Myo Nei Taw Hlan Yay In Ahr Su: Mahlaing Township Revolution Force attacked eight military motorcycles coming back from Su Yit Kone village with mines at around 8 pm. There were 4 fatalities split across two locations (Thet Kei Kyin and near Tha Yet Kan villages), coded as 2 in this event.
