On 26 December 2023, in Shwebo town (Shwebo township, Shwebo district, Sagaing region), a combined force of the Flying Dragon Force, Shwebo Crocodile, People's Security Force, Shwebo Vigor Urban Guerrilla, Shwebo Kite Local People's Defense Force, Mahura Shwebo Natives, Ta Dar Nyi Naung Pyauk Kyar Aphwe: Bridge Brothers Guerrilla Group, Middle Revolutionary Technical Front, Ngwe Dwin Revolution Force, Bridge Brothers, Shin Shin People's Defense Force (Shwebo), Theik Di Shin Area People's Defense Force, Dragon Brothers Khin-U LDF, Hero Brothers Guerrilla Force, Aung Si Aung Maung, Tar Naw Yet Kha People's Defense Force, Bo Lin Yaung People's Defense Force (DaPaYa) and the Shwebo Township PDF Area 2 attacked the police stationed at the Shwebo District Courthouse at around 10:19 am with two drone bombs. A police officer was killed and other three police were injured.
