On 20 December 2023, in Mandalay city (Mandalay district, Mandalay region), the combined troops of the People's Defense Force - Mandalay District battalion - 3,4,5,6 and Drop For Justice attacked the Myanmar military and police stationed at No.4 police station, No.6 police station, No.9 police station, Oh Bo prison central guard station, offices of the military battalion commander and deputy battalion commander in the royal palace, No.161 military police company, and Yadanarbon hall with bombs attached to drones. This drone attack was part of the 'Operations Shwe Pyi Soe'. Casualties unknown.
