On 12 August 2020, at least 7 people, including a former opposition factions leader from Dar'a, were killed and 10 others were injured when they entered minefield in the area of Nabul in the countryside of Aleppo. The civilians, many of whom from Dar'a province, were trying to reach rebel-controlled Afrin via smuggling routes that through regime-controlled areas. 7 fatalities.
