On 11 December 2023, in Loi Hkan village (Namhsan township, Pa Laung Self-Administered Zone, Shan-North state), the Myanmar military launched an airstrike on the village at around 7 pm. The FRA reported that two locals were killed, while Shwe Phee Myay News Agency reported that one was killed. Fatalities coded as 1 using the lowest estimates.
