On 13 December 2023, in Yesagyo town (Yesagyo township, Pakokku district, Magway region), the Myingyan Black Tiger attacked Myanmar military troops stationed at the General Administration Department office with a 40mm artillery round at around 2:30 pm. The attack occurred while the military troops were preparing to travel to Pale township. Two military troops sustained severe injuries and were taken to Yesagyo General Hospital.
