On 17 August 2020, Al Fath Al Mubeen Operation Room targeted a group of regime and pro-regime militias fighters on the frontline of Dadikh in the countryside of Saraqab in Idleb, using an ATGM. An unknown number of regime and pro-regime militias fighters were wounded. No fatalities were reported.
