Grenade event in Mexico on Sat 30th December 2023

Ciudad Juarez - A mortar grenade was found this afternoon in a car sales lot at the entrance of Hacienda de las Torres Universidad: The car dealers indicated that a homeless man passed by the place and left it on a wooden spool that they use as a table. They immediately alerted the authorities and arrived at the place located on De las Torres and Yepomera avenues. Specialized explosives personnel from the Mexican Army arrived at the site, who indicated that it was a 60 millimeter mortar grenade. Under a security protocol and with a special bag, the grenade was protected and removed from the site by military personnel.
