On 08 August, 2019, an IED attached to a motorcycle by an unidentified armed group and planted at al Kawa roundabout near the 3rd Corps headquarters in Afrin city in northern Aleppo countryside detonated, killing 2 civilians including a child and wounding several others individuals.
