On 25 November 2023, in Alagoinhas (Bahia), two unidentified armed individuals threw an unspecified explosive device inside a barber shop. The suspects arrived at the location on a motorcycle and one of them broke the shop's glass and threw the explosive inside it. There were no fatalities nor injuries, and the attack occurred while shop was closed. The suspects escaped on the motorcycle.
