On 26 November 2023, in Namhkan town of Namhkan township (Muse district, Shan-North state), the Myanmar military forces launched airstrikes at Mann Nar ward at around 5 am. The airstrikes hit a house and killed a 17-year-old female civilian and injured her father. The military also launched airstrikes at around 6 am and 7 am. Democratic Voice of Burma reported on 28 November that three local civilians were killed and two others were injured by the airstrikes. Fatalities coded 3 using the latest update.
