On 27 November 2023, in Pindaya town (Pindaya township, Danu Self-Administered Zone, Shan-South state), a bomb planted by an unidentified armed group exploded in the immigration office located on the Shwe U Min Pagoda road at around 11 pm. The military claimed that the Danu People's Liberation Front planted the bomb. Another bomb explosion also occurred at the township court building. There were no casualties.
