Around 27 November 2023 (as reported), an explosive suspected to have been planted during the Northern Ethiopian Conflict exploded killing seven individuals in unspecified place in Gulo Mekeda woreda coded to Adey Meat (Eastern Tigray, Tigray). The woreda administrator indicated that they established a monitoring committee to collect exploded and non-exploded mines from the woreda.
