On 28 November 2023, in Naung San Kyin village (Homalin township, Hkamti district, Sagaing region), the military from the LIB-222 base fired artillery rounds between 9 am to 1 pm. A total of 10 rounds were fired to Naung San Kyin, Zee Min Thar and Mei Za Li villages. At around 11:30 am, the Myanmar military forces also launched airstrikes on the village. Casualties unknown.
